Would reducing your EMFs help you feel and sleep better?

Check out episode 3 of my podcast series, A to Z of D-Toxing: The Podcast. I talk about EMFs, or electromagnetic fields with Matt Waletzke, who is a Certified Building Biology Environmental Consultant by the International Institute for Building-Biology & Ecology, an international nonprofit that aims to help reduce indoor toxic exposures, including from electromagnetic fields. Matt is one of among 46 certified US experts listed on the website of the International Institute for Building-Biology & Ecology.

EMFs are created from things like electrical currents and wireless/cordless/cellular communications. Guidelines on what are safe exposures range greatly so it's hard for an average person to make sense of what is safe. Listen to my free podcast on iTunes, Stitcher, or Overcast to learn more! You'll also hear about my personal experience with reducing my EMF exposures: I felt significantly better!
